Qualification

Bachelor's Degree (BS/BSc) in Mathematics from HEC recognized University.

Key Responsibilities

To provide high-quality Mathematics instruction to senior section students, enabling them to develop strong mathematical knowledge,

logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

The Mathematics Teacher is responsible for preparing students for board examinations while promoting academic excellence in accordance with the school's curriculum and educational standards.

1. Plan, prepare, and deliver Mathematics lessons in accordance with the approved curriculum.
2. Teach topics including Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Calculus, Statistics, Probability, and Coordinate Geometry as applicable to the grade level.
3. Develop lesson plans, schemes of work, worksheets, assignments, and examination papers.
4. Assess students through quizzes, class tests, assignments, projects, and examinations.
5. Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, assessment results, and progress reports.
6. Use innovative teaching methodologies, ICT tools, and interactive learning strategies to enhance student understanding.
7. Identify students requiring additional academic support and provide remedial instruction.
8. Foster logical reasoning, critical thinking, and analytical problem-solving skills.
9. Prepare students for board examinations, competitions, and mathematics-related academic activities.
10. Communicate students' academic progress and behavioral concerns to parents during meetings and through progress reports.
11. Participate in staff meetings, professional development programs, school functions, and extracurricular activities.
12. Perform examination, invigilation, and other duties assigned by the school administration.
13. Ensure compliance with school policies, safeguarding procedures, and professional ethics.
