Summary

As an AI Developer specializing in generative AI, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of advanced AI models and applications capable of generating creative content and innovative solutions. You will work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate these models into our core products and services, ultimately driving significant value and enhancing user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Generative AI Development & Research

• Develop and optimize cutting-edge generative AI models, including but not limited to natural language processing and image generation.
• Conduct continuous research to stay abreast of the latest advancements in generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning techniques.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to strategically integrate new AI advancements into our products and services.
• Design, develop, and implement generative AI models and algorithms utilizing state-of-the-art techniques such as GPT, VAE, and GANs.

Implementation & Performance

• Implement robust algorithms and architectures using industry-leading frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Conduct rigorous experiments to test and validate model performance, iterating and refining based on empirical findings.
• Work closely with product managers to effectively translate complex business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.

Collaboration & Best Practices

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clearly define AI project requirements and objectives, ensuring strong alignment with overall business goals.
• Contribute actively to code reviews, comprehensive documentation, and the establishment of best practices for AI development.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI and machine learning to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related technical field.

Skills

• Proficiency in programming languages, particularly Python.
• Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, OpenAI libraries).
• Solid experience developing and implementing generative AI models, with a strong understanding of deep learning techniques such as GPT, VAE, and GANs.
• Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for deploying and managing AI models.
• Familiarity with modern software development practices, including version control (Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective technical and cross-functional communication.
• Knowledge of ethical considerations in AI development and strategies for bias mitigation.

Experience

Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in AI development, with a dedicated focus on generative models.
