Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, professional, and motivated Administrative Coordinator to become part of our Islamabad office. The ideal applicant should possess strong English communication abilities and be capable of handling office responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative and office management activities
  • Respond to emails, phone inquiries, and official communication in a professional manner
  • Organize and maintain office records, files, and important documents
  • Arrange meetings, manage schedules, and coordinate with staff and clients
  • Assist management with administrative and operational support

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken and written English skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and email management
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management abilities
  • Capable of working independently as well as within a team environment
  • Prior experience in administration or office support is an advantage
  • ECO4 industry experience is mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
