Experience Required

  1. 6-8 years of relevant experience in executive education, public sector training, or policy research.
  2. Proven experience in designing and managing training/development programs for public sector institutions.
  3. Strong understanding of governance structures and international development frameworks.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  5. Ability to work in a multi-stakeholder environment with local and foreign partners.

Qualification

Master’s degree in Public Administration, Public Policy, Management, International Relations, or related discipline from HEC recognized University.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Assistant Director (State Institutes/Ministries) will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of executive education and capacity-building programs for government institutions, policymakers, and public sector officials. The position aims to strengthen governance, leadership, and institutional development by fostering strategic partnerships with ministries, regulatory bodies, and national and international stakeholders, while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, impactful training initiatives aligned with national priorities and global best practices.

  1. Lead design and delivery of executive training programs for government institutions, policy makers, and public officials.
  2. Liaise with ministries, regulatory bodies, and civil service institutions to identify training needs.
  3. Ensure integration of ethical leadership, policy implementation, and global perspectives into curricula.
  4. Manage program budgets, faculty engagement, and performance evaluation.
  5. Represent IEDC in national-level forums and strengthen institutional linkages.
