Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and support day-to-day hospital administrative operations.
Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and support staff to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across the hospital.
Coordinate with departments to ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Assist in procurement, record management, and facility-related tasks.
Ensure timely communication, reporting, and follow-up between departments.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in hospital or healthcare administration.
Prior experience managing housekeeping or facility operations will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office and documentation management.
