Career Opportunity – Admin Assistant
Location: DHA Phase 1, Near Gold Mark, Karachi
Karsaz Private Limited is looking for a motivated and organized professional for the position of Admin Assistant. This role offers excellent learning opportunities and career growth in Administration & Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative and office operations
- Maintain records, files, and documentation
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and correspondence
- Handle office supplies and vendor coordination
- Prepare reports, letters, and official documents
- Ensure timely management of office fleet maintenance
- Coordinate vehicle insurance claims, insurance payments & tax challans
- Handle other administrative and operational support tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
