Salary: PKR 100,000 – 135,000/month (Depending on skills & assessment test)
Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Video Editor – Captions & B-Roll Editor to join our team on-site in Karachi. The ideal candidate must have a strong eye for storytelling, retention-focused editing, dynamic captions, and engaging B-roll integration.
This role is best suited for someone who understands modern social media editing styles and can produce high-quality content with strong pacing and viewer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Edit short-form and long-form video content for digital and social media platforms.
Create engaging captions/subtitles with clean formatting and proper timing.
Add relevant and impactful B-roll to improve storytelling and retention.
Ensure smooth transitions, sound synchronization, pacing, and overall edit quality.
Collaborate with the creative/content team to execute editing requirements efficiently.
Maintain brand consistency across all video content.
Handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of professional video editing experience.
Strong portfolio/showreel is mandatory.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
Strong understanding of retention-based editing and current social media trends.
Excellent sense of timing, storytelling, and visual composition.
Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook content formats.
Basic motion graphics or animation knowledge is a plus.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite tools is preferred.
Important Note
This is a strictly on-site position in Karachi. Remote work is not available for this role.
