Graphic Designer & Video Editor (Performance Marketing Creative)
About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled, fast-executing Graphic Designer & Video Editor who understands that design is not just art — it is a performance tool for marketing and sales.
This role is for a doer, not a “wait-for-instructions” designer. You will work directly with the performance marketing team to create high-converting ad creatives, videos, reels, and social media content for Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and other paid platforms.
Your work will directly impact leads, conversions, and revenue, not just aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities
Ad Creative Design (Performance-Focused)
Design high-converting static and motion ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Display
Create creatives specifically optimized for CTR, CPL, and conversions
Understand marketing angles, hooks, and offer-based design psychology
Quickly produce variations for A/B testing campaigns
Video Editing & Reels Creation
Edit short-form ads (Reels, TikToks, Stories) for paid campaigns
Create scroll-stopping hooks in first 3 seconds
Add captions, subtitles, motion graphics, and sound optimization
Repurpose raw footage into multiple ad variations
Work on before/after, testimonial, and promotional videos (especially for clinics & service businesses)
Performance Collaboration
Work closely with performance marketing team to understand campaign goals
Translate marketing strategy into visual creatives
Improve ads based on performance data (CTR, CPA, ROAS feedback loop)
Suggest new creative angles and content ideas for campaigns
Brand & Social Media Design
Design posts, stories, and highlights for client social media pages
Maintain brand consistency while still focusing on performance
Adapt content for multiple platforms and formats
Speed & Execution
Deliver creatives fast (agency-speed environment)
Handle multiple revisions without delays
Work under tight deadlines for active campaigns
Produce multiple variations, not just one “final design”
What We Are Looking For
2–4 years experience in graphic design and video editing
Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects (or similar tools)
Understanding of social media ads and performance marketing creatives
Experience creating ads for Meta/TikTok (preferred)
Strong sense of timing, hooks, and visual storytelling
Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
Mindset (Very Important)
