Senior UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with approximately 5 years of experience who can translate user needs and business goals into intuitive and well-crafted digital experiences.

This role requires a strong balance of research, interaction design, and visual execution, along with the ability to work within structured workflows and collaborate across cross-functional teams on complex products.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Execution

• Translate user stories and business requirements into effective, scalable design solutions
• Create and own user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Ensure consistency and quality across all design outputs

Research & User Understanding

• Lead and participate in user research and usability testing
• Drive design decisions with a user-centered and data-informed approach

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation
• Communicate design ideas clearly and effectively across cross-functional teams

Design Systems & Quality

• Maintain, scale, and enforce design systems and well-structured Figma files
• Ensure scalability and consistency across design components and patterns

Requirements

• 5 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design
• Proven experience working on mid to enterprise-level products/projects
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (file organization, components, auto-layout, prototyping, design systems)
• Ability to own projects end-to-end from concept to delivery
• Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design
• Experience working in structured design processes and cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows (e.g., Figma AI, prompt-based tools, Claude, Lovable) is a must
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills

Good to Have

• Exposure to Claude (AI) for design or workflow support
• Experience with design systems and scalable UI patterns
• Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design
• Experience working in Agile environments
