Key Responsibilities

• Design social media content including reels covers, carousels, and Instagram grid posts
• Edit short-form videos for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok-style content
• Design YouTube thumbnails focused on improving click-through rate
• Edit long-form YouTube videos including cuts, transitions, text overlays, and basic color correction
• Create visuals aligned with brand guidelines
• Maintain consistency in typography, color, and overall design style
• Stay updated with current social media and design trends
• Coordinate with the marketing/content team to deliver creatives on time

Job Requirements

• Experience
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in social media design, graphic design, or video editing
• Core Skills
• Candidates must have hands-on experience in:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe Illustrator
• Canva
• CapCut
• System, Timing & Other Requirements
• Reliable and high-speed internet connection
• Personal laptop or computer
• 6–8 hours of power backup for uninterrupted work
• Willingness to work in monthly rotational shifts
• Agreement to company contract and policies

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
