Senior Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with 2–3 years of hands‑on QuickBooks experience to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain financial records, and support business decision‑making through timely financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate recording of transactions in QuickBooks.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
• Coordinate with auditors and assist with tax‑related matters.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of professional accounting experience with QuickBooks.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional accounting certification (ACCA, CA, CMA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Experience with payroll and tax compliance.
• Previous experience in a senior accounting role is preferred.
