MGC Development Company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts & Client Coordination Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable handling numbers, maintaining records, and supporting client-related financial coordination in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Role Overview
The Accounts & Client Coordination Officer will manage basic financial records, assist in client transaction tracking, and ensure smooth coordination between the accounts and client management teams. The role also includes supporting client follow-ups related to payments and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update daily financial and client-related records.
- Assist in tracking client payments and follow-ups.
- Prepare basic reports related to transactions and account activity.
- Coordinate with the client management team for payment updates.
- Support in maintaining accurate invoices and documentation.
- Ensure timely recording of client commitments and receipts.
- Assist in monthly reporting and reconciliation tasks.
- Handle basic administrative and coordination tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years experience or fresh graduates with strong numerical skills can apply.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
