MGC Development Company is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, maintaining accurate records, supporting budgeting activities, and ensuring smooth financial coordination with internal departments.
Role Overview
The Finance Officer will handle day-to-day financial tasks, support reporting processes, monitor client-related transactions, and assist in maintaining financial discipline across the organization. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a structured corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update daily financial records and ledgers.
- Record and monitor incoming and outgoing transactions.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support budget preparation and expense tracking.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Track client-related payments and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and financial summaries.
- Assist in payroll processing and expense management.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with management for financial reporting and updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates with strong skills may apply).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting and financial principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
