Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages, couriers).
Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Assist with administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Provide information and assistance to clients, visitors, and staff as required.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in customer service is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Professional appearance with a positive attitude.
Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From Rs25,000.00 per month
