We are seeking a professional and reliable Customer Support to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing incoming queries, monitoring real-time activity via systems, and ensuring a smooth flow of communication across operations. You must be fluent in English, confident on the phone, and highly competent with computers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails in a professional manner
• Monitor and respond to live system updates (training provided)
• Accurately record and log activity reports and updates
• Coordinate with teams to ensure timely responses and actions
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently
• Follow up with clients and staff to ensure service standards are met
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, web-based tools)
• Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours (including weekends)
• Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
