Job Description:

NICON Group of Colleges is looking for a confident and well-presented Front Desk Officer (FDO) to manage front desk operations and handle student inquiries professionally.

Requirements:

• Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s preferred
• Good communication skills (Urdu & English)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
• Strong interpersonal and customer dealing skills
• Fresh & experienced candidates both can apply

Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in students and parents professionally
• Manage calls and inquiries
• Maintain admission records and follow-ups
• Coordinate with different departments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
