Job Opportunity: Lab Technician
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lab Technician to join the laboratory team at our hospital. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic tests, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring accuracy in results to support quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests.
- Collect, prepare, and analyze samples (blood, urine, tissues, etc.).
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Accurately record and report test results to medical staff.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Laboratory Technician approved from Sindh Faculty or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience (hospital laboratory preferred).
- Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and safety standards.
- Detail-oriented with good communication and teamwork skills.
