Key Responsibilities

The primary purpose of a lab technician is to provide hands-on technical support to lab engineers by conducting experiments, analyzing samples, lab record management, and maintaining laboratory equipment while ensuring and following the standard operating procedures & lab safety protocols.

a. Ensure smooth flow of labs under the supervision of lab engineers.

b. Preparing solutions & reagents for experiments.

c. Ensure lab safety protocols.

d. Provide technical support to lab engineers for day-to-day lab-related tasks.

e. Maintain lab records (i.e Chemicals, Glassware & consumables etc.)

f. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for equipment maintenance or repair.

g. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and best practices.

h. Assisting students in lab work and operating equipment.
