AI Workflow Engineer (Claude + Cursor)

Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled AI Workflow Engineer (Claude + Cursor) with proven experience in AI-first product development. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Claude and Cursor, and experience using AI tools across the full delivery lifecycle—from requirement gathering and documentation to development and QA. This role requires someone who can establish best practices, build reusable workflows, and enable teams to effectively leverage AI tools for high-quality and efficient delivery. Key Responsibilities AI Workflow Implementation Utilize Claude for requirement gathering, documentation, planning, UX support, development assistance, and test case generation. Leverage Cursor for AI-assisted coding, debugging, refactoring, and implementation. Support end-to-end project delivery using AI-assisted workflows. Workflow Optimization & Best Practices Create and manage Claude skills, artifacts, prompts, and reusable workflows. Establish and enforce best practices for Claude usage across projects. Continuously improve AI workflows for efficiency, scalability, and quality. Quality Assurance & Testing Build or support browser-based QA/testing agents to validate product flows. Create structured test cases and QA processes using AI tools. Review and enhance AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy and reliability. Collaboration & Enablement Translate business requirements into structured technical solutions using AI tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline AI adoption. Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with Claude and Cursor. Proven experience in building end-to-end projects using AI-assisted workflows. Strong software development background. Experience in creating structured workflows, documentation, and technical outputs using AI tools. Skills & Experience Experience in creating test cases, QA processes, and browser-based testing workflows. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills. Experience in developing reusable AI workflows and prompt systems. Preferred Qualifications Experience with AI agents or AI-enabled development workflows. Familiarity with browser automation/testing tools. Experience working in startup, agency, or fast-paced environments. Experience in driving AI adoption within teams.
