Maintain and monitor all IT systems including hardware, software, network, and cloud-based platforms
Support day-to-day IT operations including troubleshooting issues with email, user devices, applications, and networks
Coordinate updates and maintenance for websites, internal portals, and digital tools.
Perform regular data backups and system updates.
Ensure high uptime and performance of internal systems (Email, printers, workstations).
Handle IT onboarding/off boarding processes for new/exiting employees.
Monitor cybersecurity and ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS).
Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
Document IT procedures and maintain system logs.
Liaise with vendors for purchasing new equipment’s and other IT equipment’s according to the requirement and recommendations.
Work on SLA and SOP’s for the IT Department.
Training of Staff for various software’s.
Required Qualifications:
Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or digital operations.
Solid understanding of networking, firewalls, DNS, email configuration, and remote access tools.
Familiarity with digital services and cloud tools such as Google Workspace and Zoho
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
