Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Statutory Compliance & Benefits Management
  • PESI & EOBI Execution: Manage the complete end-to-end processing, maintenance, and compliance of Punjab Employees Social Security Institution (PESI) and Employees' Old-Age Benefits Institution (EOBI) records.
  • Payment Submission: Timely generation of chalans, verification of worker data, and smooth submission of monthly PESI and EOBI payments to avoid legal or financial penalties.
  • Grievance Resolution: Act as the primary focal point for factory workers regarding social security, medical care cards, and pension claims.
  • 2. Payroll Management & Execution
  • Attendance & Time-Tracking: Oversee daily attendance, overtime calculations, shift rotations, and leave management for both contractual workers and permanent staff.
  • Payroll Processing: Execute the monthly payroll cycle accurately, factoring in deductions, bonuses, advances, and loans.
  • HRMS Maintenance: Ensure the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) is updated in real-time with employee life-cycle data (joinings, confirmations, transfers, and exits).
  • Role Requirements & Qualifications
  • Education: MBA in HR, BBA, or a master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Strictly 4 to 5 years of hands-on HR experience within a factory, manufacturing plant, or production setup.
  • Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in using modern HRMS platforms and excellent command over MS Excel for payroll calculations.
  • Labor Laws: Deep practical understanding of local labor laws, industrial relations, and statutory compliance protocols.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and public speaking skills to confidently lead handle labor relations effectively.
