Job Summary
The HR & Administration Executive is responsible for supporting the organization's human resources and administrative functions.
This role involves managing recruitment, employee records, payroll support, attendance, compliance with company policies, office administration, and ensuring a productive and organized work environment.
The position requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to support both employees and management.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Assist in recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately and confidentially.
Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and maintain HR databases.
Support payroll preparation by providing attendance and employee data.
Coordinate employee orientation, training, and development programs.
Assist in performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
Address employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
Administration
Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
Handle office supplies procurement and inventory management.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams.
Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
Maintain office assets and administrative records.
Ensure office cleanliness, safety, and security standards are maintained.
Prepare administrative reports and documentation as required.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 2–5 years of professional experience in HR and administrative.
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, office administration, and payroll coordination is preferred.
Prior experience in a corporate or manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with HR software or ERP systems is an advantage.
Strong document formatting and editing skills.
Strong knowledge of HR practices and office administration

Experience in employee engagement and training coordination.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
