Hotel Manager ( ZAR Suites Murree)

1. Oversee daily hotel operations to guarantee an outstanding guest experience and smooth service delivery.
2. Manage a team of 15 staff members, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations to maintain high productivity and morale.
3. Coordinate and optimize online booking channels such as Airbnb, Expedia, and Booking.com to increase hotel revenue and occupancy rates.
4. Develop and implement customer relationship management strategies including guest feedback collection and resolution to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations through regular risk assessments and staff training programs.
6. Prepare and manage emergency response plans to promptly address any crises, ensuring the safety and security of guests and employees.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and business partners to support business development and marketing efforts.
8. Monitor financial performance including budgeting, expenses, and revenue generation, striving for profitability and cost efficiency.
9. Coordinate maintenance and housekeeping activities to maintain excellent hotel standards and address issues promptly.
10. Stay updated with hospitality industry trends and regulations to keep the hotel competitive and compliant.
11. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and address operational challenges effectively.

Pay: From Rs90,000.00 per month
