About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Personal Assistant to the Director / HR Manager to provide executive support and assist with human resource operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing daily administrative activities, coordinating internal and external communication, supporting HR functions, and ensuring smooth office operations.
This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Administrative Support
- Provide direct administrative and executive support to the Director.
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, official correspondence, and business documents.
- Attend meetings, prepare minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on assigned actions.
- Coordinate communication between the Director, internal teams, clients, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Assist in planning and coordinating business meetings, events, and official activities.
Human Resources Management
- Support HR operations including recruitment, employee management, and administrative processes.
- Manage recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Assist with employee onboarding, orientation, and induction processes.
- Support performance management activities and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and applicable labour regulations.
- Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee queries and maintain professional workplace relationships.
Office Administration
- Oversee daily office administration and ensure smooth operational workflows.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and administrative requirements.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and staff activities.
- Support the implementation of office policies and procedures.
Qualifications & ExperienceEssential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Executive Assistance, Administration, and HR Management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience handling confidential information and professional correspondence.

Salary
PKR 80,000 – 90,000 per month
(Negotiable based on qualifications and experience)
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
