Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow‑ups.
- Generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly performance targets.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in client acquisition, business development, or sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Self‑motivated with a target‑oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
