Job Responsibilities Generate and follow up on sales leads. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand clients' investment requirements and recommend suitable real estate opportunities. Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits. Negotiate and close property sales while delivering an excellent customer experience. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Stay updated on project features, pricing, and market trends. Requirements Bachelor's degree is preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and sales abilities. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident. Ability to build long-term client relationships. Experience in real estate sales will be an advantage. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
