Job Summary
As a Property Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for promoting MGC Development's real estate projects, generating sales opportunities, and guiding clients throughout the property buying process. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, have strong communication skills, and are passionate about achieving sales targets. Fresh graduates with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the company's residential and commercial real estate projects to prospective clients.
- Generate new leads through phone calls, social media, referrals, networking, and marketing campaigns.
- Contact potential customers and schedule meetings to discuss investment opportunities.
- Conduct professional project presentations and explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.
- Arrange and coordinate property site visits with interested clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options based on their needs and budget.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with leads regularly and assist clients throughout the sales process until successful closure.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities using the company's CRM system.
- Stay informed about company projects, market trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position MGC Development's properties.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Fresh graduates to 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development.
- Previous experience in real estate sales will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer-focused with the ability build trust and long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to attend client meetings and property site visits when required.
