We are looking for a motivated and friendly Front Office Assistant to manage front desk operations, handle incoming calls, and support basic sales activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers
Answer and handle incoming calls professionally
Respond to customer inquiries and provide product/service information
Support sales activities and follow up with potential clients
Maintain customer records and update databases
Perform general administrative and front desk duties
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
Sales experience is a plus
Ability to multitask and work in a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
