Front Desk Officer

• Serve as the first point of contact for the organization, warmly welcoming visitors, clients, and stakeholders, and directing them appropriately.
• Efficiently manage incoming phone calls, screen inquiries, and route them to the correct department or individual while maintaining a professional phone etiquette.
• Assist with general administrative tasks, including sorting and distributing mail/couriers, scheduling meeting rooms, and maintaining a tidy reception area.

Requirment :

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Urdu.
• Strong ability to active-listen, analyze problems, and provide clear, structured solutions under pressure.
• A-Level/O-Level/Fresh graduate.
