Job Description
- Efficiently manage incoming customer communications across multiple channels, including inbound calls, emails, and live chat.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of first-contact resolution.
- Handle complex customer complaints and escalated issues with empathy, professionalism, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships by delivering exceptional service.
Requirment :
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Urdu.
- Strong ability to active-listen, analyze problems, and provide clear, structured solutions under pressure.
- A-Level/O-Level/Fresh graduate.
