We are hiring a Customer Care Representative who can handle customer queries and manage sales calls professionally. The ideal candidate should be confident, friendly, and good at communication.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
Respond to messages and inquiries
Assist customers with product/service information
Manage sales calls and convert leads into customers
Resolve customer complaints in a professional way
Maintain records of calls and customer data
Requirements:
Good communication and speaking skills
Basic computer knowledge
Confidence in dealing with customers
Sales experience is a plus (not required)

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
