Job Description
The Computer Operator is responsible for managing daily computer operations, monitoring system jobs, troubleshooting errors, and maintaining a productive computer lab environment. This role requires proficiency in Urdu typing and attention to detail to ensure smooth IT operations and efficient use of computer resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and operate computer systems and peripherals.
- Execute and monitor system jobs as per schedule.
- Troubleshoot system errors and provide technical support.
- Maintain logs, generate reports, and perform preventive maintenance.
- Manage lab setup, inventory, and security.
- Assist users and ensure proper use of lab resources.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Computer Science / Diploma in MS Office or related field.
- Proficiency in Urdu typing (mandatory).
