We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented Client Support Specialist to become part of our growing team. Responsibilities

Handle customer questions and support requests through phone, email, live chat, and other communication platforms
Assist clients with product or service-related concerns in a professional and efficient manner
Investigate issues, identify appropriate solutions, and ensure concerns are resolved effectively
Record customer interactions and maintain accurate account information in internal systems
Coordinate with relevant departments for complex cases or escalations
Conduct follow-ups to confirm customer satisfaction and issue resolution
Share customer feedback and recurring concerns with management to support service improvements
Remain informed about company offerings, procedures, and updates

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline required
Previous experience in customer support, client services, or a similar role is an advantage
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to remain calm and professional while handling customer concerns
Comfortable using computers, email platforms, and CRM software
Capable of working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
