Job Overview
The Client Relationship Officer is responsible for delivering a positive and professional experience to clients while supporting the daily administrative operations of a visa consultancy. This role acts as the primary point of contact for clients and requires strong communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to manage sensitive information with care.
Core Responsibilities
Welcome and guide clients in a polite and professional manner, both in person and via phone or email
Provide accurate guidance regarding visa services, procedures, and appointment arrangements
Handle scheduling, rescheduling, and confirmation of client appointments
Follow up with clients for required documents, payments, and application updates
Address client inquiries, issues, and concerns in a calm and professional way
Ensure all client and immigration-related data is handled with strict confidentiality
Administrative Responsibilities
Keep client records, files, and documentation properly organized and up to date
Provide administrative assistance to consultants for active cases
Perform data entry tasks, generate basic reports, and draft routine correspondence
Oversee office supplies and support smooth day-to-day office activities
Work closely with team members to maintain an efficient workflow
Follow company policies and standard operating procedures consistently
