We are looking for motivated and customer-focused professionals to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Respond to client inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
- Understand clients' investment requirements and recommend suitable real estate opportunities.
- Schedule client meetings, project presentations, and site visits.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the sales team to facilitate successful property transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM or other sales tools.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship management abilities.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Experience in real estate, sales, customer service, or client relations will be preferred.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
