Call Center Representative

We are looking for a motivated and professional Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer calls, provide information, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Make outbound calls when required
• Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain records of customer interactions
• Follow company guidelines and communication scripts

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
• Previous call center experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
