Accountant Intern (Female)

Thinktrek Technologies is seeking a Female Accountant Intern who is passionate about learning and building a career in finance and accounting. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing company accounts, financial documentation, and reporting processes within a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.
• Support in preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Reconcile daily cash and bank transactions.
• Help in preparing monthly expense and financial reports.
• Assist with payroll records and petty cash management.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding financial matters.
• Ensure all accounting data is recorded accurately and confidentially.
• Perform any additional administrative or finance-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and software (e.g., QuickBooks, MS Excel).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Must be Graduate.
