Summary

We are looking for an innovative and experienced Solution Architect to design, develop, and implement system architectures that meet business objectives. The Solution Architect will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing existing software systems to identify areas for improvement, and providing technical guidance to development teams. This role also involves collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that solutions are aligned with business goals, scalable, and efficient. The ideal candidate will proactively communicate progress, challenges, and architectural updates to clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & System Design

• Design, build, and integrate information systems to meet the company’s and clients’ needs.
• Assess existing systems architecture and collaborate with technical teams to recommend improvements.
• Resolve complex technical challenges and ensure the stability of the architecture.

Technical Leadership & Guidance

• Provide assistance, mentorship, and technical guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Research and evaluate current and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.

Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration

• Communicate technical issues, risks, and updates to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Assess the business impact of technical decisions and ensure alignment with overall organizational objectives.

Qualifications

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Skills

• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong business writing and documentation abilities.
• Prior project management experience is advantageous.
• In-depth understanding of coding languages, cloud infrastructures, and system architectures.
• Comprehensive knowledge of operating systems and databases.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal abilities with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Experience

Proven minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the IT industry as a Solution Architect or in a similar technical leadership role.
