Purpose of the Job – Overview
Job Title: Office 365 Expert
Location: Garden Town - Lahore
Timings:
Monday to Friday: 8 AM to 6 PM BST
Saturday: 10 AM to 5 PM BST
Job Responsibilities
Proven hands-on experience with Office 365, Windows Security, and Email Security
Knowledge of Exchange, OneDrive, Email troubleshooting, and Domain Authority
Expertise in Anti-virus software, system protection, and user support
Strong Desktop Support & Service Desk exposure
Prior UK client support experience is a big plus
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering
️ Required Technical Skills
Office 365 Suite Expertise
Advanced knowledge of Office 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive)
Admin-level experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Center
Windows Security & Email Security
Familiarity with Windows Defender, BitLocker, and group policies
Understanding of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and other email security protocols
Exchange Online & Email Troubleshooting
Mail flow analysis
Troubleshooting delivery issues, mailbox migrations, and retention policies
OneDrive for Business
Sync issues, permission management, and integration support
Anti-virus & System Protection
Deployment and management of anti-virus solutions like Sophos, Symantec, or Defender for Endpoint
Desktop Support & Service Desk
Tier 1 & 2 support for Windows-based environments
Imaging, software deployment, printer/network issues
Domain Management
Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and domain/DNS configurations
Personal Specifications
– Strong troubleshooting mindset with ability to resolve complex IT issues quickly.
– Ability to explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical users.
– Dedicated to delivering high-quality support and building trust with clients.
– Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially remote and international teams.
– Capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tickets simultaneously under pressure.
Desirable Criteria
Prior experience supporting UK or international clients.
Microsoft certifications such as MS-100, MS-101, or MS-500.
Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and their integrations with Microsoft services.
