Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and drive our digital marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence, increase online visibility, and generate quality leads. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities, a data-driven mindset, and deep expertise across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement effective digital marketing strategies across various online platforms.
Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns (including search engines and social media platforms).
Oversee social media, content marketing, and email campaigns to ensure consistent engagement.
Track performance metrics and analyze campaign data to improve results and maximize ROI.
Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to maintain unified branding and messaging.
Develop and execute SEO and SEM strategies to enhance website ranking and organic reach.
Manage marketing budgets efficiently and allocate resources based on performance.
Stay informed about emerging trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, including leadership or senior-level responsibilities.
Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, social media marketing, and performance marketing.
Hands-on experience with analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics and ad management platforms.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
