Summary

Phaedra Solutions is looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Intern to assist in managing and growing our brand’s online presence. This internship offers hands-on experience in social media management, community engagement, and digital marketing coordination. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to support content execution and campaign performance across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing social media accounts including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
• Create, design and manage engaging posts independently.
• Help maintain and update content calendars and publishing schedules.
• Monitor engagement (likes, comments, messages) and take ownership of building community engagement.
• Research trending topics, hashtags, and competitor activities.
• Contribute ideas for social media campaigns and engagement activities.
• Assist in preparing performance reports and analyzing basic metrics.
• Support influencer outreach and brand collaborations when needed.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates in the field of Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced digital environment.

Skills

• Understanding of social media algorithms and engagement best practices.
• Develop and create appealing reels, videos, and images.
• Basic knowledge of content scheduling tools Meta Business Suite or similar tools).
• Ability to analyze performance metrics like reach, engagement, and impressions.
• Strong copywriting and caption-writing skills with attention to tone and branding.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Express, or CapCut for creating or editing visuals.
• Awareness of trending hashtags, memes, and digital culture.
• Ability to brainstorm creative campaign ideas aligned with brand goals.
• Basic understanding of SEO and keyword usage in social content.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing and community-building tactics.
• Team player with strong collaboration, time management, and organizational skills.
