Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist them with their selections, and provide detailed information.

Sales & Upselling: Suggest complementary items and promote daily specials or new arrivals to maximize sales.

Merchandising & Display: Keep display cases, shelves, and counters fully stocked, organized, and visually appealing throughout the day.

Order Management: Take accurate custom orders for products, or large events, ensuring all specific customer requests are noted.

Hygiene & Safety: Maintain strict cleanliness standards for the front-of-house area, including counters, tongs, trays, and seating areas, in compliance with food safety regulations.

Inventory Tracking: Monitor stock levels of goods, packaging materials (boxes, bags, ribbons), and report shortages to the baking team or manager.
