Purpose of the Job – Overview

Job Title: Cold Calling Specialist

Location: Onsite, Johar Town , LHR

Timings:

Monday to Friday: 9 AM to 6 PM BST

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls to international prospects to introduce our IT solutions and services.

Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs.

Schedule meetings and follow-ups with leads to ensure a seamless sales process.

Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed targets.

Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:

Experience in cold calling, preferably in the IT or international markets.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).

Substantial use of LinkedIn

Bachelor's and Master's Degree in IT, Business, Communications, Career Services, Human Services, Social Science (IT Background would be a plus)
