Sales Officer (FMCG)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer – Retail /wholesale to join our growing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, expanding market reach, and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the retail sector. Experience in FMCG or frozen food sales will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
• Promote and sell ice cream products to retailers, distributors, and food service clients
• Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
• Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and merchandising
• Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams for timely deliveries
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in FMCG Retail or frozen food sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
• Good knowledge of local market and distribution channels
• Valid driving license
