Manager Sales

Location: PECHS, Karachi Salary: PKR 70,000 – 120,000 + Attractive Commission Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve individual and team targets. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships. Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and ensure target achievement. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and timely project execution. Forecast sales, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate CRM records. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 3–5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. Proven experience in B2B and/or B2C sales. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Experience in the Tracking, Telematics, Security Solutions, or a related industry will be an advantage. Target-oriented with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
