Sales Executive

Stay updated with real estate market trends and project knowledge.

Work on company-generated leads and achieve daily KPIs.

Schedule ten client appointments daily, ensuring at least one successful meeting takes place.

Identify clients’ needs and financial capacity to recommend suitable projects.

Assist clients during project site visits and provide complete guidance.

Lead negotiations and support clients throughout the decision-making process.

Regularly visit various project sites for updated information.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.

Two to Three years of proven sales experience (real estate experience is a plus).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Energetic, proactive, and goal-oriented personality.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
