Relationship Officer – Financial Leasing

Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Generate business for financial leasing products and achieve assigned sales targets. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable leasing solutions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of leasing applications. Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with company policies. Deliver excellent customer service and provide timely follow-up. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in financial leasing, banking, auto finance, or relationship management. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Proficiency in MS Office. Target-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
