We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Officer to join our Accounts & Finance team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce,
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Experience in the Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, or Packaging industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Tally, or ERP systems) is an advantage
- Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily financial transactions and accounting records
- Process invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and journal entries
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Handle petty cash and employee reimbursements
- Support audits and ensure compliance with financial policies
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on pending payments
Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
