Relationship Manager - Islamic Banking
New Business
Market new-to-bank clients by offering Islamic liability products to achieve deposit and income growth
Existing HBL Client Business
Implementation of agreed strategies in coordination with Corporate and Commercial to market Islamic liability products to existing HBL clients for deposit and income growth.
Portfolio Management (External Customers)
Manage a portfolio of Islamic liability clients to cater to all banking requirements of the clients and identify business opportunities to further deepen client relationship.
Cross Functional Coordination (Internal Customers)
Coordinate with various functions within the bank which generally include shariah, treasury and other business units to ensure that best product is offered to clients in line with their requirements.
Shariah Compliance
Coordination with Shariah for structuring of products in line with client requirements to ensure that shariah compliant solutions are offered to clients.
Portfolio Monitoring
Regular monitoring of the liability portfolio to ensure that deposit levels are maintained and shariah, regulatory / other requirements / conditions are being complied with.
Documentation
Ensure that all documentation pertaining to liability products is properly executed and is in place to ensure that regulatory / policy / shariah requirements are met.
Administration
Ensure that all related administrative functions, most importantly file maintenance and call reports are performed in a timely manner.
Customer visits
Regular visits to the clients to identify islamic banking requirements and obtain feedback regarding services being provided by the Bank.

Attend seminars / trainings to ensure skill development.
Education & Qualifications
Additional Requirements
3 years of experience in Islamic banking or relevant field
