Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and professional Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions.
Responsibilities:
- Post job advertisements on different platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes
- Communicate with candidates professionally
- Maintain recruitment records and reports
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- 4–5 years of recruitment experience is compulsory
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
